The totals count the same span in one unit: 436 months and 7 days, 1,896 weeks and 6 days, or 13,278 days, leap days included. The day of birth is day 0, so the age in days is 1 on the day after birth.
A month is counted to the same day number in a later month. If that month is too short, the month ends on its last day: someone born on January 31 is one month old on February 28 (or 29), and the days count from there.
